New clues!

It's been quite grey and rainy lately, but today the sun came out when we went for our main walkie! Lots of people were out playing soccer and I looked at them for a while. Crazy people running around after a ball... A stuffie I can get, but balls are boring.. See.. BB Boring Ball. Yeah.. I also met a poodle puppy! His owner wasn't paying attention so he came over and said "hi"! He was really sweet (but Mom is always angry with people who don't pay attention when they're out with their dogs, especially puppies... ). No harm done, though. I'm good with kids of all shapes and sizes. Actually... I don't think I've met anyone I haven't liked!

I wish you all a really, really good weekend! Mom is at math class again today, but this is the last day and on Monday they start for real!

Oh... Someone asked what Mom is up to with school! She'll study to be a biology and English teacher. So maybe the spelling and grammar will get better around here... (Biology will be her main subject, though, so don't get your hopes up!)
Oh.. And will you all keep your fingers cross her student loan works out? According to everything she can find on the official student loan providers homepage her entire 5years of studies should be covered, but in the letter she recieved(she's in the clear for this year) it said she would not get a student loan for the whole period as she would exceed the maximum number of years allowed... As you can imagine she panicked a little... Hopefully it's a mistake, though! (According to the paragraph they refered to she should be okay, but naturally she stressed out anyways...)

MathMom and a picture clue!

My days are a bit boring lately.. Mom start school for real next week and this week she's attending a 6 day brush-up math class at the university. It's mainly for those studying math this fall (obviously) , but is open to anyone. And it's free. Mom thought it's a good idea, as she'll have to take one math class this year and it's been ages. Upon arrival on Monday she discovered she's apparently supposed to take the difficult math class, not the one she thought... I haven't the faintest idea what all this math stuff is, but apparently it's not edible. Or at least not very tasty. I checked her backpack!

So now Mom is "refreshing" the dificult math, i.e. math she's not actually heard about before at all. She had the choice of refreshing the easy math or the harder one, and chose the latter. Hopefully having heard about some of it will be a benefit later, but perhaps actually feeling there's something she remember might have been just as easy. It's really hard to say! At least she got to hear a couple of things about tropical math! It's the weirdest thing.. 2+3=3 and 2x3=5 (That's NOT what she's doing this week, though! But the guy who lecture did that stuff for his degree.)

Anyway.. I'm mostly sleeping this week and telling Mom to relax about the whole math thing!

New addition

Remember that Mom had been up to something while I was away for a week? Well.. When we last wrote about it, it was something uncertain, but now it's not anymore. At the end of the month there will be a new addition around here. Exciting, huh?

I thought I'd try to make you all work for what it is, though! Maybe a new, supersoft bed? A dog? A parrot? Any guess will do, and we'll give a little prize to the first one who guess what it is! It's got to be a bit spesific, though! So you'll get a couple of clues every day or so to help you!
