It wasn't me (3)

(And if it was I can't recommend it, they didn't taste very good at all!)

Nimbus

Super Tongue

As you might have heard I spent my weekend with Auntie and her animals - the three guinea pigs (Theodor, Lillebror (Little brother in Norwegian) and Ludvig) and Herbert the cat. I'll post more pictures of me and my buddy Herbert later. But when I arrived at my Aunties I almost immediately started having some trouble with my tummy.. She texted mom about me having diharrea and plenty of gas (I have no idea why auntie complained about that.. It smells lovely!).. so she gave me some yoghurt. Mom had a major laugh watching me (or actually mainly my tongue)..

PeeEss: I'm feeling all better now!

My trip (the other version)

Friday afternoon after work I hopped on the train to Trondheim. It's about a 7hour trip so I had plenty of time to read and listen to my music and relax (sleep actually). I also got to enjoy a lot of pretty scenery - I've taken a few pictures so you get the idea. But taking pictures from a moving train have some disadvantages so it's rather blurry..
Arriving at Lene's place Morris thoroughly checked my bag. He actually loved the smell of that thing (possibly because the pugs always use to sleep on it whenever it's on the floor?) and kept going back to it all weekend.
Aunties boy Fenris got plenty of attention and cuddles, of course. The "human puppy" sure had grown and it was nice chatting with her and her mom of course.
Then back across the mountains again and home to pick up all the doggies. I have pictures of Nimbus' weekend spent with Auntie and Herbert the cat. Will let him post them later!

The MomNapper

Greatings, WriggleButtFriends. I'm Fenris aka FrizZ and I totally MomNapped the WriggleButtMom this weekend. Hah! While they had their lame weekends all alone I got all the cuddles and attention all to myself. Hah... Hah!
You're all pretty scared now, huh?
I always knew she liked me better, of course, and that she spends a lot of time crying and missing me so I thought it was good for her to spend a weekend with me. Just the two of us. All alone. (Oh.. Yeah.. and my mom and my son and the puppy human)
See how super sexy I am?
Well.. We did say MomNapping didn't we.. I think I need a nap..

Away for the weekend

Can you believe it? Mom went to visit auntie Lene and the puppy human plus Fenris and Morris and didn't take us along!!!!!?!?!?! We're doing ok, though, even though we're separated this weekend. Mom asked us to take pictures of our adventures and we'll hopefully have some fun adventures to share with you all when we return.

Icky weather

It's been such a weid winter... We're heading towards the end of January and we still haven't gotten proper snow for any period of time. It snowed yesterday morning - but by evening it was raining and today the entire world is glazed. For now. It's going to melt and be wet and horrible as soon as the sun comes out. Better cuddle up indoors!

Oh.. And Mom said she'll be putting us back on kibble - she says we're taking the whole rawfeeding thing a step or two too far!?

(He does taste rather yummy! BOL! Bajas)

Couchcuddles,

PeeEss: Mom's BoyFriend is having that safety test today, we helped him study so we're sure he'll do well. But we're snoring with our paws crossed just for some extra luck.

Feeling better

(Fanta on the mean stairs)

Hi guys!
Just wanted to say thanks for all your comments - I'm feeling a whole lot better today. My three nurses kept me company on the couch all last night and today I'm able to fully extend my elbow again 'cause the swelling has come down (most of it, anyways). I'm a bit blue here and there but I'm heading off for work soon and I don't think that will be a problem. I sure hope not!

It's the third time I fall down these stairs (first time; dislocated shoulder, second time; overexctended ankle) *sigh* I've got to learn how to be even more careful (they're really slippery)... I'm wife beater material - with my statistics everybody would believe "she fell down the stairs" ROFL...

Ane aka The WriggleButtMom

PS: Just want to comment on something. These stairs are a work in progress and sort of difficult to go down (now - they've changed since the picture was taken) and have just recently been painted and no "anti slip" stuff can be added until after the second coat of paint. The first coat was added when we went away for New Years and the next one can't be added until we go away again, since the dogs are unlikely to keep from going out until the paint is dry... ;) I'm just going to have to keep working on my climbing skills.. ROFL..

Clumsy Mom

Ok.. We're not sure to cry or laugh.. So we do a bit of whining by the door.. Anyways.. Useless Mom managed to fall down the stairs and smash her elbow and seriously bruising her back. Now we won't be getting proper walkies tonigh.. Boo hoo.. :( Her elbow is about twice the size and she's having quite a bit of pain moving around. Hopefully she'll feel better tomorrow. She's working this weekend anyways, so it's not too important to us. It's not like she'll be home and play with us all the time, so her being in pain really isn't too important. We'll sneeze on her and kiss her a bit for comfort, though!

Mom did it!

We're back! :D

Mom did very well on her test.. actually she scored 100% so that shows the extreme talent of us as study buddies! It's raining and miserable here... not much going on but we've taken some cool pictures. We'll be posting our Secret Santa gift.. A bit late, but at least you'll get to see our very, very neat gift!

Study buddies!

Mom is studying for a test. Because her job is a safety-related job she have to take a test every year to prove she's got the knowledge required. She's having her test on Thursday and we're doing our very best to help her study. See! That's why we've been a bit absent 'cause even though Mom's not on the computer and we could have taken advantage of that we sort of have more important stuff to do. Sorry. We'll be back. Hope you enjoyed the lollipop!
Wet kisses from the StudyButts!

The view from the afternoon

So we might not have gotten outside much, but you can't really complain with this view. (Yup, she did go outside to take the picture, but it's still the main view.)

Venturing a bit further into the garden for this shot. There's a tiny bit of beach between the garden and the lake. Nimbus went down there to poop apart from that we stayed away from the water. Nimbus once went for a swim in January. Not this time, though.
New Years Eve - trying to get some dessert. Uh.. Well.. That IS his second dessert, eaten on the couch around midnight (that would be the third or fourth helping if anyone is counting).
Mom had a bit of a laugh about our crating. She'd like to point out that we DO have more crates, but that we whine so much when we're crated separately and this is the largest one that'll fit in her car. She did try to put us in multiple crates in the car once for a long trip. Can you imagine? Crated alone in the car??? We made so much noise she caved in and pulled over to put us back together, though. Hah! That taught her!

Garden - couch - crate.. Yeah.. That's pretty much our New Years! Mom is still sick so that's pretty much what our January is like so far, too! Hope you're all healthy and doing loads of fun stuff. We'll be better at getting updated with your adventures soon!

There and back again

We're home!

Hope you all had safe and joyous New Year celebrations all over the world. Mom stayed sick and spent most her time on the couch. So did we. We DON'T complain about that. She'd remembered a stuffie and a blanket and we all just cuddled and enjoyed ourselves immensely even though we hardly got to go for walks at all. Mom promised we could do the walkies next time.

We had some great views of the lake and the fireworks and turkey for dinner on New Years and pig tails too!

The trip there is about 2hours, but returning took us aprox. 4hours because our departure got a bit delayed (Mom is really slow when she's sick, and we also got a mini-walk so not to deprive us of walkies completely) and so we got stuck in holiday traffic... Luckily Mom is really patient. Seriously. She had plenty of cd's and sat there and sang and rather enjoyed herself. We got a bit bored, though. We'll post pictures later. Mom is dead tired and say we're all going to bed even though it's just 9pm. Oh well.. We're rather fond of sleeping.

Snores,
the WriggleButts
