Paris day I

We arrived in Paris early yesterday morning with the night train from Venice. We found our hotel easily and left our luggage there before heading out to L'Arch de la Triomphe and Champs Elysees. I always think it's so funny that it's now in the middle of a roundabout...

Can you see those little ants up there on the top?
Up we went.. Up, up, up... 284 steps.. (See how the stairs look like the shell of a snail?)

The views up there were pretty good, though.. So here's the Eiffel Tower for you.
Then we walked all the way down Champs Elysees to Louvre!

My feet were soooo sore.. Sigh...

Ohh, Venice was so pretty and Paris, well, what can you say. Mom loved the food in France. Really, she never had a bad meal there. You walked up the Arch, cool! Do you do the Eiffel Tower?
Can't wait to see the rest of your photos!
